To help us deliver the most appropriate level
of support for you and your business, Syscap has created three
distinct categories for our Option One partnership for you to
choose from:
Associate
This is our entry-level partnership and is designed to help you
deliver flexible finance, simply
Our associate partners's day to day interface is our web-based
sales portal, Syscap Online. Syscap Online makes the process of
providing IT finance and finance quotations as easy as possible
through the use of leading financial software. The system also
allows you to create and print your customers' documents in real
time.
You are assigned a dedicated internal account manager who will
be at the end of the phone to answer any queries or action quotes
and deals whenever you're away from a computer.
Finally as an Associate partner, both you and your sales team
have access to our Option One Rewards programme.
Alliance
This is the next level up from an Associate partner with Syscap,
helping to position finance at the heart of your proposition. Our
Alliance Partnership is designed for suppliers that are looking for
a closer working relationship than is offered at Associate
Level.
The Alliance partnership incorporates an even greater level of
account management from a dedicated external account manager, who
will provide hands-on support whenever you need it. You will also
have full access to Syscap Online and the ability to earn reward
points through Option One Rewards.
Finally, as an added extra, you are entitled to receive Syscap
branded documentation to present to your customers, reinforcing our
working partnership.
Strategic
This is the highest level of partnership that Syscap offers. As
a strategic partner, you'll receive all the support and management
of an Alliance partner plus added flexibility.
We'll work with you and your sales team to build an Option One
partner programme bespoke to your business model and to your exact
standards, to include fully customised finance products and bespoke
sales processes. Crucially, you'll receive account support from
multiple account managers, all of which will be overseen by an
account director.
