Syscap enters videoconferencing market with Imago deal.

IT financier Syscap has signed up a finance programme with Imago Group in the UK. Under the deal, Syscap will provide Imago’s resellers with finance to enable their customers to lease video conferencing packages.

Syscap’s deal with Imago, a pan-European distributor of video communications products, marks its expansion into the video conferencing arena.

“There is a lot of built-up demand for finance in the videoconferencing market. This deal is an important step in the expansion of our service offering,” said Philip White, chief executive of Syscap.

James Vickerage, head of marketing at Imago, added: “This is the ideal time to expand in the video conference market, and leasing is a critical component of our marketing strategy.”
