1 May 2008

Syscap has been selected as a finalist in the ‘Company of the Year’ category of the South London Business Awards.
Competing against 500 companies, Syscap is now one of just four going head-to-head for the acclaimed title. The Company of the Year award recognises the best business in South London with over 25 employees and is sponsored by Royal Bank of Scotland.

In selecting Syscap as a finalist the judging panel is recognising its business performance and management, business strategy and implementation, its processes for researching and developing new IT and asset finance products and services, customer care, marketing, employee communication and their involvement in business decisions, and its contribution to the community, including steps to protect the environment. The twelve companies to reach the Company of the Year short-list were then visited and interviewed by a member of the Royal Bank of Scotland judging panel.

Each year the Awards attract the South London business elite, keen to benchmark their companies against the best and win the prestigious trophy. The winners will be announced at the glamorous black-tie awards ceremony and dinner on 19 May 2008 at Crystal Palace Football Club. The evening will be hosted by LBC Radio's James Max.
