John Allbrook Chairman John has been involved in commercial finance and business services throughout his career. During a successful period at GE Capital John led various P&Ls, including the European Asset Finance Division and the alliance with Sun Microsytems in EMEA – “Sun Microsytems Finance”. He was also responsible for developing multiple vendor finance programmes in the ICT sector. Most recently he was CEO of GoIndustry-DoveBid plc, the AIM listed asset sales and services provider.
Philip White Chief Executive Officer Philip has been a key driver in Syscap’s growth for 13 years, over which time the company’s turnover has increased from £3m to £135m. With a strong background in sales and technology, Philip became Sales Director in 1999, and has taken a decisive role in shaping the company’s future direction and success. He was appointed CEO in July 2006 following a funded management buyout.
Fred Yue
Chief Financial Officer Fred joined Syscap with over 20 years' experience in the leasing industry, most recently with Lloyds Banking Group where he was interim Finance Director of Corporate Banking, spearheading a major restructure of the Financial Control and Reporting Department. Fred’s expert knowledge of the leasing market from the lender’s perspective has proven invaluable in enhancing Syscap’s already excellent credit and risk management capabilities, enabling us to secure more finance for our customers.

Philip Ross
Chief Operations Officer Phil joined Syscap in April 2009 having worked in the leasing industry for 20 years, almost exclusively in the vendor-led broker market. His early career was with Equity & General Finance, moving to Schroder Leasing to help develop a broker offering before switching to British Linen Finance Limited [latterly Bank of Scotland Equipment Finance Limited] ten years ago, where he was tasked with re-inventing the brand, establishing a strong operational platform and the securing of a significant market share. In more recent years Phil was Managing Director at Investec Asset Finance Plc which he launched to market.

Mark Henry Chief Risk Officer Mark has been involved in banking and finance for the last 16 years, having originally forged a successful career with the Bank of New Zealand. In 2002 Mark moved from his native New Zealand to London and joined Syscap. In January 2005 he became Head of Credit, where he has been instrumental in developing Syscap’s credit management capabilities and significant managed book growth against a backdrop of an impressive portfolio performance. In March 2010 Mark joined the Syscap Board and is responsible for the business’ overall Credit and Risk functions.
